Repricing
Repricing is asking your current lender to reduce the rate on your existing loan, without a new application, usually by showing that you could move to a competing offer.
Repricing, explained.
A lender may agree to a rate reduction after a repricing request. A competing offer, the loan's LVR and repayment history may influence its response.
Repricing seeks a rate reduction on the existing loan; check the offer's conditions. If the structure or lender is a poor fit, or more borrowing is needed, refinancing may be worth assessing.
