Credit representative and credit licensee, explained.

At Opulent Finance, credit assistance is provided by Dayan Kasturiratna, Australian Credit Representative 394747, authorised under Australian Finance Group Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 389087. The licensee's obligations, complaints process and external dispute resolution membership cover the assistance we give.

Credit assistance means suggesting or helping you apply for a particular credit contract. It is regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, which sets out responsible lending obligations and disclosure requirements.
